Pitchn Returns & Refund Policy

1. Our Philosophy

We design products to be worn with confidence and we stand behind that. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. But we also expect items to be returned in the same condition they were sent.

 

2. Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind under the following conditions:

Requested within 14 days of delivery

Items are:

Unworn

Unwashed

In original condition with tags attached

What You Receive

Store credit (default)

Exchange (preferred option)

We do not offer refunds for change of mind

 

3. Exchanges 

We strongly encourage exchanges to ensure the perfect fit.

Free exchange on your first return (Australia only)

Subsequent exchanges may incur shipping fees

Item must be in original condition with tags attached

4. Return Shipping Costs

Free return on first return, after that customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

 

5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide photos and details

In line with Australian law, we will:

Replace the item, or offer a refund or store credit where appropriate


6. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns on:

Items without tags

Worn or washed items

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

 

7. Return Process

1. Email: customercare@pitchn.store

2. Receive return instructions

3. Ship item back using a tracked method

We do not accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

 

8. Processing Returns

Returns are processed within 5–10 business days after arrival

Store credit is issued via email

 

9. Late or Missing Returns

Returns sent outside the 14-day window may be:

Rejected, or Accepted at Pitchn’s discretion (store credit only)

 

10. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched

If not yet shipped, cancellation may be accepted at our discretion

 

11. Fair Use Policy

Pitchn monitors return activity. We reserve the right to:

Refuse returns from customers with excessive return patterns

Limit future transactions where abuse is suspected
