Pitchn Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Locations
Pitchn ships:
• Australia-wide
• Selected international destinations
Availability is confirmed at checkout.
2. Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
• During launches, promotions, or peak periods: up to 5 business days
3. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
Australia
• Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
International
• Standard: 7–21 business days
• Express: 3–10 business days
All delivery timeframes are estimates only, not guarantees.
4. Shipping Costs
• Calculated at checkout
• Free shipping (if offered) applies only to qualifying orders and may be withdrawn at any time.
All orders include tracking once dispatched.
5. Risk & Title
• Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the parcel is collected by the shipping carrier
• Pitchn is not liable for delays once the parcel is in transit
Delays
Pitchn is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
• Carrier issues
• Weather events
• Customs clearance
• Peak periods
We will assist where possible, but delays do not constitute grounds for refund.
Incorrect Address
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details
• Orders returned due to incorrect address will incur:
• Re-shipping fees, or
• Store credit minus shipping costs
Unclaimed / Returned Parcels
If a parcel is:
• Not collected
• Refused
• Returned to sender
You will receive:
• Store credit only (not refund)
• Original shipping cost is non-refundable
• Return shipping fees may be deducted
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:
• Notify us within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery)
• Provide evidence (photos, details)
Pitchn will:
• Lodge an investigation with the carrier
• Offer a replacement or store credit once the claim is confirmed
We do not issue immediate refunds for items marked as “delivered”.
7. Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you select Authority to Leave:
• You accept responsibility once the parcel is marked delivered
• Pitchn is not liable for theft, loss, or damage after delivery
8. International Orders
• Customers are responsible for all customs duties and import taxes
• Refused international orders will:
• Not be refunded for shipping
• Incur return and handling fees
9. Split Shipments
Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels at no additional cost.
